1. Service Agreement

By submitting your device to Fusion Lap-top, you agree to allow our technicians to inspect and repair your device.

2. Repair Risks

While we take utmost care during repairs, Fusion Lap-top is not responsible for pre-existing damages or unforeseen hardware failures.

3. Data Responsibility

Customers must back up their data before repair. We are not liable for any data loss under any circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made upon completion of service before device handover unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty

Warranty (if applicable) covers only the specific repair performed and does not include accidental or physical damage after service.

6. Changes to Terms

Fusion Lap-top reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
